Mr Yeo was appointed as an Independent Director and the Chairman of Nomination Committee on 19 April 2005.

Mr Yeo is currently the Managing Director of GPS Online Pte Ltd, Executive Director of Web Analytics Asia Pte Ltd and Director of DIY Holidays Pte Ltd, Then Petroli (S) Pte Ltd and Deep Video Imaging Pte Ltd. He is also the Principal Consultant in Strategic Planning Services .

He has 35 years of working experience in Engineering, Tourism and Travel Industry and Information Technology. An engineer by training, he has a wealth of experience in the areas of Operation Management, Marketing and Strategic Planning. He presently devotes his time to development of Internet Marketing systems and consulting on Tourism development.
