Mr Sim is Executive Chairman & CEO of the Group. He is instrumental in charting the corporate direction of the Group as well as formulating business strategies.

Through his leadership and vision, he has established Sinwa as a leading regional marine supply and logistics company with a network of companies in Singapore, China and Australia. Having worked for several multinational companies in senior management positions, Mr Sim brings with him many years of sales, marketing and corporate management experience.

Mr Sim was President ot the Singapore Association of Ship Suppliers (SASS) from 1994 to 1998 and from 2002 to 2003, and was the first Asian to be elected to the Executive Board of the International Ship Suppliers Association as Executive Vice President from 1996 to 1998. He was also the Chairman of the School Advisory Committee for Commonwealth Secondary School from 1987 to 1996.
