Ms Tan is an Executive Director, and was appointed as Director Operations on 7 May 2004. She oversees warehousing, logistics, information systems and central purchasing functions for the Group.

She has more than 10 years experience in operations management, having worked with the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) where she was involved in logistics management and procurement of specialised training equipment.

She holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic. She obtained het Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree and Masters in Business Administration from the Oregon State University, USA.
