The Board of Directors of Sinwa Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that Ms Tan Lay Kuan ("Ms Tan") has tendered her resignation as the company secretary and Director, Finance and Accounting of the Company with effect from 1 July 2005.

The Board will like to put on record their appreciation to Ms Tan for her services rendered to the Company.

The Board also wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Yow Hon Meng ("Mr Yow") as the new Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 4 July 2005.

The information relating to the appointment of Mr Yow as a Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer will be announced seperately.
