The Board of Directors of Sinwa Limited is pleased to announce that the Company has received in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") for the listing and quotation of its entire issued share capital on the Main Board of the SGX-ST ("Listing"). The Listing will have no effect on the financial position of the Company and its subsidiaries.
