(formerly known as
"Sinwa KS Limited")
wishes to announce that
with the lodgement of
the notice
of special resolution of
the Company's change of
name with the Accounting
and Corporate
Regulatory Authority ("ACRA")
on 23 April 2004, the
name of the Company has
been changed
from "Sinwa KS Limited"
to "Sinwa Limited" with
effect from 23 April
2004.
