The Board of Directors of Sinwa KS Limited ("Company") is pleased to announce that the Company intends to implement, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, an employee share option scheme ("Scheme").

The Company has today submitted to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited an application for the approval-in-principle of the Scheme.
