In reference to the announcement on full year results of the Company for the period ended 31 December 2003, the Company wishes to announce that Registrable Transfers received by the Company up to 5.00 pm on 30 April 2004 will be registered before entitlements to the dividend are determined. Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 3 May 2004 for preparation of dividend warrants.
